If you could tell your younger self something you’ve learned along the way, what would you say?

You are stronger than you think, trust & follow the spiritual guidance you are receiving and you will meet all of the people you worked sooo hard for, but never knew.

What inspired you to become an event professional?

I created this company because I have food allergies to milk and wheat. Throughout my life, I have been excluded from the “dessert part” of meals and activities. Watching others enjoy something as simple as a piece of cake, knowing I couldn’t eat it without having a severe allergic reaction, was unbearable. After years of this, I decided to learn how to make my own mixes from scratch. Now, not only can I be a part of activities, but I can make sure others can enjoy delicious desserts too without worrying about the reaction they would experience later. No one should feel excluded from celebratory moments because of a food allergy.
