Women Entrepreneurs urged to specialize, strategize and collaborate

shelly-baur-nawbo-memphisRather than seeing each other as competitors, women entrepreneurs need to collaborate to lift all economic boats. That was the message that Shelley Baur, owner of One Source Associates, delivered recently to the National Association of Women Business Owners’ monthly luncheon meeting.

“Look around this room,” she said. “There are role models and prospective mentors, strategic partnerships waiting to be started.”

Baur’s talk at Chickasaw Country Club preceded the installation of NAWBO Memphis officers for 2013-2014.
