Meet our presenter: Shawn Karol Sandy

I founded The Selling Agency 4 years ago after thriving in a successful sales career in which I created opportunities to work closely on building solutions with Small Businesses. I found there was a profound lack of options for small business that needed to create and implement sales strategies and processes to build their sales program in order to effectively scale and grow business. There are thousands of marketing agencies that can create campaigns and help execute marketing plans, but there was no resource for this market to specifically address the challenges of building “Selling” programs. Thus, The Selling Agency was born to solve this problem.

 I deliver a unique perspective to our clients having earned many titles: Market Director, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, Development Director, Entrepreneur . . . and I have conquered, redefined and re-engineered these roles in multiple organizations – big, small, independent, non profit – and in multiple industries – Media, Retail, Higher Education, and Corporate Real Estate. My firm, The Selling Agency, uses these experiences to create strong sales programs focused on Organization Selling and strategies that focus on the goal of every business – revenue growth.

As an avid community champion and volunteer, I currently hold the Director of Programs Chair for the NAWBO Memphis organization and in 2016 with the past President, piloted the first ever NAWBO Women’s Business Accelerator.

 I speak at many events throughout the country and work to advance women in sales as a member of the elite Women Sales Pros organization. I also write weekly for The Selling Agency blog, The Pipeline and participate regularly as a guest in Sales Chats, interviews, podcasts and webinars with peers and leaders in the sales and marketing space.
